Commercial Checking

Minimum to Open: $100
No minimum balance requirements
Service charges are assessed monthly and are calculated on the account's activities as follows:
- Monthly Maintenance Fee $3.00
- Per-Check Fee $0.15
- Per Transit Check Deposited $0.06
- On-Us Item Deposited No Charge
- Deposit Credits No Charge
- Electronic Funds Transfers No Charge
$0.03 discount per transit check deposited if the amount is pre-encoded in MICR ink by the commercial customer
Service charges may be offset with a monthly earnings credit. Credit is calculated on the average collected balance in the account during the month. The earnings credit rate is 3.50% below the prime interest rate adjusted monthly. The credit is calculated on a 365 day basis. Net service charges are then charged to the account. Earnings credit can only be used to offset the current month's service charges. Excess earnings credits are not carried forward to the next month.
Check sorting is available upon request. This service will sort the checks written in check number order whenever a statement is rendered by the bank. The cost of this optional service is $0.01 per check
Checks deposited into your account and returned to the bank unpaid will be assessed a $5.00 returned item fee
A statement of account activities is provided monthly

Business NOW Checking

NOW accounts are available only to sole proprietorships and nonprofit organizations
Minimum to Open: $100
Average Daily Balance to avoid fee: $750
If account falls below minimum, services charges are assessed as follows:
- Monthly Maintenance Fee: $5.00
- Per-Check Fee: $0.15
- Per Transit Check Deposited: $0.06
- On-Us Item Deposited: No Charge
- Deposit Credits: No Charge
- Electronic Funds Transfers: No Charge
Check sorting is available upon request. This service will sort the checks written in check number order whenever a statement is rendered by the bank. The cost of this optional service is $0.01 per check.
Checks deposited into your account and returned to the bank unpaid will be assessed a $5.00 returned item fee.
This is an interest-bearing account
Interest is compounded and paid monthly on the statement cycle date
A statement of account activities is provided monthly

Small Business 50/50 Checking

Structured for a small business or organization that typically writes a limited number of checks and/or deposits a small number of transit items each month

Minimum to Open: $100
Minimum Balance to avoid fee: $250. If account falls below minimum, there will be a $2.50 monthly service fee assessed
Write up to 50 checks per statement cycle and/or deposit up to 50 transit items per statement cycle free of charge
If account exceeds 50 checks and/or 50 transit items, services charges are assessed as follows:
- $0.25 for each check over the 50 check limit
- $0.10 for each transit item deposited over the 50 transit item limit
Checks deposited into your account and returned to the bank unpaid will be assessed a $5.00 returned item fee.
No charge for deposit credits
No charge for electronic debits or credits
No charge for checks deposited that are drawn on our bank
