Cross-Country Skiing:
- Marinette County Cross Country Ski Association (MCCCSA) Trails. Trail conditions & event info: (715)854-3231. Area # 1 Sandstone Rapids System (one east and one west), located just west of Crivitz on County W off Hwy 141. Area # 2 Kirby Hills System, 7 miles west of Crivitz on Kirby Lake Lane, off Hwy W, Area # 3 Seymour Rapids System, 11 miles west of Crivitz off Kostreva Lane, off County W.
- Lake Noquebay Ski Trail, Marinette County. Located less than a mile south of County Hwy X on Right-Of-Way Road (the west most of two Right-of-Way Roads off X.) The site is about nine miles east of Middle Inlet and six miles west of Highway 180. The trail includes parking areas and toilet facilities and crosses Marinette County forest land and a portion of Lake Noquebay Wildlife Area, managed by the Department of Natural Resources. There are a total of 4.5 miles of different trails traveling over high ridges and down thru wooded swamps.
