A PULSE Card from us is a convenient way to take uout mony everywhere. With your PULSE Card you can "bank" with us at more locations than ever before, and at any time of any day. You no longer have to carry large sums of cash especially when out of town.

To apply you can request an application directly from us use our Feedback page.

You may also apply for the F&M MasterMoney Card. This is the ultimate debit card which would allow you to combine the ATM functions with the ability to charge your checking account for purchases at any worldwide location which accepts MasterCard.

PULSE is Confidential

The PULSE system is completely private and confidential. Your account records never leave the bank and are never revealed to anyone else. No customer records are kept by the PULSE network itself. PULSE acts only as a "switch" to direct transactions to the appropriate bank in the correct account. We keep records of your transactions to provide you with proof of any transaction or payment. The confidentiality of the account is always maintained.

Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.)

Prior to receiving your PULSE Card or any card which allows access to the PULSE network, you will receive a confidential code number in the mail. This number, your Personal Identification Number or PIN, is known only to you. It is your way of identifying yourself to the system, as well as protecting against anyone else using your card even if it is lost or stolen. Your card cannot be used without the correct PIN.

Receipts and Records

Whenever you use your card, you will either receive a receipt automatically or have the option to receive a receipt. It is important that you keep these receipts and enter these transactions in your records just as you normally would record your deposits and checks.

In addition, all of your transactions will appear on your monthly checking and/or savings account statements.

Loss of Your Card

If your ATM Card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the bank and we will instruct the PULSE system to capture and prohibit any unauthorized use. You can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card and PIN without your permission.

Using Your Card

Use of your PULSE card is governed by the PULSE Card rules. You will receive a copy of the PULSE card rules when you apply. If you want other members of your family to use the PULSE Card, duplicate cards can be obtained. However, you must be certain they fully understand its use, for such authorization means responsibility for that use.

It is important to remember that when you request a withdrawal, it is made instantly. There is no delay between the time you use your card and the time the withdrawal is made in your account. Always be sure to have enough money in your account to cover the transaction. Additional information on transaction and monetary withdrawals limits are explained in the PULSE rules.

An ATM Card from our bank allows access to use your accounts at our bank only. The PULSE system does not allow you to transfer money from one financial institution to another.
