Update to our Customers About COVID-19
Our Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic
Updated November 18, 2020
We want to update our customers and the public on what FMBT is doing in response to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The health and safety of our employees, customers, and their families is our top priority. Bank management continues to monitor news from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). The bank has an extensive Business Continuity Plan in place and is prepared to provide service to our customers with minimal disruption throughout this ordeal.
Based on recommendations from the CDC and WHO to practice social distancing, we have made the decision to temporarily close the lobby at the Ludington St location only until Monday, November 30. Regular lobby hours remain in effect for the Roosevelt Rd and Crivitz locations. Furthermore, we are recommending all customers utilize the following services in lieu of in-person banking whenever possible:
Drive Up Tellers
Drive-up tellers are available at all locations during regular banking hours.
Night Drop Boxes
Deposits can be dropped off in the night drop box at any branch location. Deposits in the night drop boxes will be processed several times throughout the day.
ATMs
ATMs are available for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries 24/7 at all branch locations.
eBanking Services
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and EZ Access Phone Banking are available 24/7.
With Online and Mobile Banking, you can:
- Check balances and view recent transactions
- Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments
- Pay third-party bills and send money to friends and relatives
With EZ Access Phone Banking (715-735-4228 or 877-735-4228), you can:
- Check balances for deposit and loan accounts
- Hear recent transactions
- Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments
If you need assistance enrolling in or using any of our eBanking services, call Bookkeeping at (715) 735-6618.
We understand there may be a need to access the bank lobby for safe deposit boxes or to conduct urgent bank business. If you would like to access your safe deposit box or feel you need to meet with a Loan Officer or Personal Banker face to face, please contact us by phone to schedule an appointment, or submit a Contact Us form and a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule.
These are unprecedented times, and we understand that the pandemic has many of our customers facing unexpected hardships. If your ability to repay a loan is affected by employer shutdowns, sick leave or family leave, or any other factor related to COVID-19, please contact us to discuss your options.
While we continue to monitor this rapidly developing situation, we will provide updates on any additional actions needed to protect and support our customers, employees, and their families. Thank you for trusting us with your banking relationship.
Sincerely,
Tom Maxwell II
